PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing prevention structure for electrical equipment of a motorcycle, which buries the gap between a rear frame and a rear fender, prevents the electric equipment from being extracted and improves its external appearance and workability when removed. SOLUTION: This removing prevention structure includes the rear fender 27 arranged on the upper side of a rear wheel 14, the rear frame 21 on an upper side of the rear fender 27, the ECU 68 supported by the rear fender 27, a coupler 72 connected to the ECU 68 to be extractable to the front, a holding part 65 provided on the rear fender 27 to support the ECU 68, and a guard body 70 provided on the rear frame 21 to prevent the ECU 68 from moving to the front together with the coupler 72.
