摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of hangover reducing drink using a medical herb extract is provided to promote the metabolism and the vital function of the human body by the pharmacological activity of persimmon vinegar and the medical herb extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of hangover reducing drink comprises the following steps: mixing water, adenophora triphylla, oenanthe javanica, lycium chinense, phragmites communis, magnolia officinalis, artemisia japonica, glycyrrhiza uralensis, and zingiber officinale, and double-boiling the mixture before filtering solids to obtain a medical herb extract; and mixing 98wt% of medical herb extract with 2wt% of persimmon vinegar.
