FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of processing of liquid raw materials with application of biotechnological processes, namely to the field of recycling of drained wastes of vital functions of animals and birds to produce biogas as one of target products, and may be used in livestock farms and poultry farms, which mainly keep animals and birds without litter and hydraulically wash their wastes of vital functions. To realise the method, association containing cultures Corynebacterium species, Pseudomonas species, Arthrobacter simplex, which process manure into organic acids and methane-generating cultures Methanobacterium omelianskii and Methanococcus mazei, is added into manure drains with moisture from 92 to 98 wt %. Ratio of specified methane-generating cultures to manure-processing cultures makes 0.5:2 - 2:1. Titre of added cultures is from 105 to 108 CFU/ml. Total amount of microbial association biosuspension added into manure drain makes from 1 to 10%. ^ EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase speed of biogas formation, to increase its yield, to improve content of methane in biogas. ^ 7 cl, 4 ex |
