<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable case work of arbitrary pages of a book in a job in a case binding mode, by using a front cover page of the job. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: a control section that controls an operation relating to image formation and can execute the case binding mode; a storage section for storing the job; and an operating section that enables operation input by an operator. In the case binding mode, the control section enables, with the operating section, to perform designation of a plurality of arbitrary pages among the pages of the job, which is stored in the storage section and in which the case binding mode is selected. When the designation is performed, the control section reads out, from the storage section, data of the book pages and front cover page relating to the designation, and enables the adjustment of the back cover width of the front cover page. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
