PURPOSE: An optical laminate, a polarizing plate, and a display device using the same are provided to obtain superior light resistance, anti-saponification, and anti-scratch features. CONSTITUTION: An optical function layer(20) includes a conductive material on a light transmitting substrate(10). A surface resistance rate of a surface of an optical laminate is smaller than a fixed value after a carbon arc type light resistance test and the surface resistance rate is smaller than 10000 before the carbon arc type light resistance test.
