<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to prevent damage due to static electricity by connecting a gate electrode and a source electrode of transistors in a lighting test circuit through a resistance element. CONSTITUTION: A pixel comprises pixels at intersections between scan lines and data lines. A scan driving circuit supplies a scan signal to the scan lines. A lighting test circuit(160) supplies a lighting test signal to the data lines. The lighting test circuit includes a plurality of transistors. The gate electrode of the lighting test circuit is commonly connected to an input line of a test control signal. The gate electrode and the source electrode of the transistors are connected through the resistance element.</p>
