PURPOSE: A light source driving apparatus is provided to remove the blocking capacitors of high capacity and high expense by directly connecting the primary coil with the switching unit after adjusting the number of turns of the primary coil of a transformer. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(163) boosts the AC signaling of low potential up to the AC signal of high potential for driving the lamps. The transformer comprises a first transformer(163A) connected to one end of the lamp and a second transformer(163B) connected to the other end of the lamp. A switching circuit(162) changes the inputted direct current signal into the AC signaling of the low potential. |
