APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR GENERATION CAM-MESH DATA

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for generation CAM-mesh data are provided to rapidly and efficiently create cam-mesh data needed for generating NC data by eliminating fault components in CAD data. CONSTITUTION: A height field converter(140) changes the CAD(Computer Aided Design) data into the height field data by digitalizing the height data. A triangle network generator(130) eliminates the defect components in the height field data, and generates a triangle network data about the CAD data. A CAM-mesh data generator(150) generates CAM-mesh data for writing NC(Number Control) data using the triangle network data.
