AGGLOMERATE FORMED FROM MUSSEL ADHESIVE PROTEINS OR MUTANTS THEREOF AND ANIONIC POLYMER
摘要
PURPOSE: An agglomerate containing Mytilus coruscus and anionic polymer is provided to ensure excellent adhesion ability with respect to cells or metal substrates. CONSTITUTION: An agglomerate contains Mytilus coruscus adhesive protein or mutant thereof and anion. The Mytilus coruscus adhesive protein comprises: a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 4; a polypeptide having an amino acid of sequence number 5; a polypeptide having a sequence number 6 which is repeated once to 10 times; or polypeptide of the above polypeptides. The mutant of Mytilus coruscus adhesive protein comprises a polypeptide having 3-25 amino acids having carboxy terminal or amino terminal. The agglomerate is a coacervate or precipitate.
