PURPOSE: A foot support using a vacuum state is provided to enable soil to be brushed off shoes since only control pins stepped on by people are pressed to open suction holes. CONSTITUTION: A foot support(100) using a vacuum state comprises a body(110), a vacuum forming unit(130) and a plurality of control pins(150). The vacuum forming unit makes the inside of the body become a vacuum. The control pins are elastically supported to be protruded to the upper part of the body. If a person steps on the upper part of the body, the control pins are pressed to the inside of the body so that soil or foreign materials are sucked to the inside of the body. If the person takes his or her feet off the upper part of the body, then the control pins are protruded to the upper part of the body and close the body so that the inside of the body maintains a vacuum state.
