PURPOSE: A producing method of ginseng goods is provided to effectively reduce benzoapyrene contained in processed ginseng products with a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of ginseng goods comprises the following steps; crushing heat treated ginseng; swelling and sterilizing the crushed heat treated ginseng; freezing the heat treated ginseng, and adjusting the acidity; enzyme-processing the heat treated ginseng; and freeze-drying the enzyme-processed heat treated ginseng. The heat treated ginseng is red ginseng, black ginseng, or red black ginseng. |
