PURPOSE: A roasting pan is provided to prevent food from being stuck on the bottom of the pan by forming gullies in a cooking part at uniform intervals. CONSTITUTION: A roasting pan(10) comprises a heating plate(11), a heat induction path, a rim(12), and a food waste discharging unit(13). The heating plate is located on the top of a burner and heats food. The heat induction path is formed in the bottom of the heating plate. The rim is protruded from the top edge of the heating plate. The food waste discharging unit is formed in one surface of the rim. |
