PURPOSE: A double container and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to block a temperature of contents to be transferred to an external container. CONSTITUTION: A double container includes a inner container(30) and an external container(20). The inner container has an storing space(31) by being opened to upper surface. The external container is combined to an inner container. The external container forms a separation projection(21). The double container is fused to a fusion part. The double container forms a space part between the external container and the inner container.
