FIELD: information technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has terminals for receiving individual data, receiving and issuing means of payment, a lottery processing centre, a database server, a transport station for receiving data from terminals, processing data and transmitting data to the database server, transmitting data from the database server to terminals, as well as a WEB-server for monitoring and controlling operation of the terminals. The terminals are connected by a two-way connection with the transport station and the database server is connected by two-way connections with the WEB-server and the transport station. The terminals are configured to issue and identify coupons and lottery tickets, receive payments, issue change and pay prizes.
