PURPOSE: A startup automation device and a control method based on wireless identification are provided to verify the authentication of a user through communication using a mobile terminal and automatically release the door and start the engine. CONSTITUTION: A startup automation device comprises a wireless automatic startup controller(100) and a portable wireless terminal(110). The wireless automatic startup controller transmits a wireless signal indicating a vehicle identification number, receives an encoded user identification number, and decodes the identification number to check whether the user is registered. If the user is registered, the wireless automatic startup controller successively carries out door release, door opening detection, and engine start. The portable wireless terminal receives the vehicle identification number signal transmitted from the wireless automatic startup controller and, ifs the received vehicle identification number is the same as the stored vehicle identification number, encodes a user identification number signal to be transmitted.
