PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide and acquire a description rule with least load. SOLUTION: The information processor 1 holds a description rule of information to be transmitted/received when information is provided, selects at least one of arbitrary elements that can be included in the information, and extracts a portion of the description rule related to the selected arbitrary element from the held description rules. The information processor 1 transmits correspondence information for specifying the selected arbitrary element of the information, and the extracted portion of description rule.
