PURPOSE: An assembly structure of a foldable box for a wrapping paper is provided to simply and rapidly pack a product and increase the value of packing at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An assembly structure of a foldable box for a wrapping paper includes a front side inner surface lid part, a back side inner surface lid part(2b), a front side exterior lid part(3a), barrier grooves(201,202). The front side inner surface lid part is extended to be folded in extension line of both end of supporting unit. The front side exterior lid part is in the same line with the supporting unit. The barrier groove forms a handle groove.
