PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decline in the data resending efficiency caused by time-out of a resending timer. SOLUTION: A receiver 14 requests a transmitter 12 to resend data #1 transmitted on radio transmission from the transmitter 12. In addition, the receiver 14 activates a SREJ (Selective Rejection) resending timer #1 concerning the data #1 to be completed after a predetermined time, with a timing when the resending of the data #1 is requested. Meanwhile, the transmitter 12 starts dividing resending for the data #1 of which resending is requested from the receiver 14. The receiver 14 reactivates the SREJ resending timer #1 concerning the data #1, whenever a partial data of the data #1 is received from the transmitter 12 by a predetermined frequency (for example, one time).
