PURPOSE: A transmission opportunity transmission device of mesh network and a method thereof for reducing collision between a beacon frame and data are provided to determine the transmission opportunity for reducing the collision in mesh network. CONSTITUTION: A processor(51) is connected with a transceiver(53). The processor receives beacon timing received from a reception MP(Mesh Point). The Beacon timing includes the beacon reception time of the received beacon frame. The processor determines the transmission opportunity at the beacon reception time. The processor transmits a frame within the transmission opportunity. |
