PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome-containing composition which can enhance the flexibility of a liposome membrane and excels in the storage stability of a liposome and a skin cosmetic composed of the composition. SOLUTION: The liposome-containing composition is incorporated into a skin cosmetic and includes (A) a phospholipid, (B) a ceramide, and (C) a branched alcohol. If desired, (D) at least one kind selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated alcohol, a 1,2-alkanediol, and a glyceryl monoalkyl ether can be incorporated into the composition.
