PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which is excellent in flexibility in high temperature, heat resistance, mold releasability, and non-contamination properties and in which the disposal after using is easy. SOLUTION: The sheet of one layer structure which is excellent in flexibility, heat resistance, mold releasability, and non-contamination properties and in which the disposal after using is easy comprises a mixed resin which includes: a crystalline aromatic polyester which contains a butylene terephthalate component as a crystal component; and a polyester which has polyether skeleton in the main chain, wherein the crystal melting calorie is 40 J/g or more, and the polyester which has the polyether skeleton in the main chain is a terephthalic acid butanediol poly tetramethylene glycol copolymer.
