PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve traveling performance and transplanting performance in a seedling transplanter loaded with an electric motor by making a machine body light weight, etc. SOLUTION: This seedling transplanter equipped with a vehicle body 6 including a traveling device 9, a seedling-transplanting part 17 installed at the rear side of the vehicle body 6 through a lifting up and down-linking mechanism 16, and a ground-leveling device 20 arranged at the rear side of the vehicle body 6 and at the front side of the seedling-transplanting part 17 through a vertical moving mechanism 21 is provided with a traveling motor 8 for driving the traveling device 9, at the vehicle body 6; a transplanting motor 22 for driving the seedling-transplanting part 17, at the seedling-transplanting part 17; a ground-leveling motor 50 for driving the ground-leveling device 20, at the ground-leveling device 20; and a control device making the driving speeds of the transplanting motor 22 and ground-leveling motor 50 proportional to the driving speed of the traveling motor 8, and independently changing the driving speeds of the transplanting motor 22 and ground-leveling motor 50 relative to the driving speed of the traveling motor 8, respectively.
