<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacity detector for correctly detecting a change of electrostatic capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The electrostatic capacity detector includes: two or more capacitance elements Cs arranged in a two dimensional shape; a programmable driving circuit 120 supplying a current from a constant current source 122 to each capacitance elements and producing an output signal with frequency corresponding to capacitance of the each capacitance element; a detection means detecting a change in capacitance of the capacitance element based on the frequency of the output signal; a determination means determining whether the change in detected capacitance depends on noise or not; and a variable control part 160 varying a current value of the constant current source 122 when the change depends on noise. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
