PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-fixing device with which a sheet is fixed on a greenhouse formed by making a frame with many arch-like pipes and spreading the sheet over the frame and dew condensation water formed on the underside of the sheet is collected and drained to the outside. SOLUTION: The sheet-fixing device includes: a horizontal piece 3; a perpendicular piece 4 standing on the horizontal piece 3; an upper sheet-fixing frame 1 coupled to the upper part of the perpendicular piece 4; a lower sheet-fixing frame 2 coupled to the lower part of one end part of the horizontal piece 3; and a hole 5 or a notch which is passed through the perpendicular piece 4 in a horizontal direction. The end parts of the upper and lower sheets S1, S2 are respectively fixed to the respective sheet-fixing frames 1, 2 via catching members K1, K2, so as to collect the dew condensation water flowing down to the horizontal piece 3 from the underside of the upper sheet S1 to the upper surface side of the lower sheet S2 via the hole 5 or the notch.
