<p>Process for advanced control of skeletal isomerization unit of C5 cut comprising reaction zone and regeneration zone of catalyst, comprises: (1) estimating flow of circulation catalyst; (2) estimating the rate of burnt coke; (3) calculating the rate of coke; (4) daily setting of coke rate according to tests conducted in laboratory; and (5) adjusting flow of catalyst to reach the optimal value of the coke rate to more or less 10%, where the adjustment is done by an increment of the pressure drop developed by multivariable adaptive digital controller (MVAC). Process for advanced control of skeletal isomerization unit of C5 cut comprising a reaction zone and regeneration zone of catalyst, the catalyst circulating in a continuous loop of the reaction zone towards the regeneration zone, where the rate of coke on the catalyst in the reaction zone is maintained near optimal value, and the process is carried out in automatic implementation and in real time using a predictive controller multivariable adaptive digital controller (MVAC), comprises: (1) estimating flow of circulation catalyst; (2) estimating the rate of burnt coke; (3) calculating the rate of coke, where the coke rate is by defining the ratio of the rate of coke burned on the flow of catalyst; (4) daily setting of coke rate according to tests conducted in laboratory; and (5) adjusting flow of catalyst to reach the optimal value of the coke rate to more or less 10%, where the adjustment is done by an increment of the pressure drop developed by multivariable adaptive digital controller (MVAC), at a frequency of about two hundred times greater than the natural frequency of stabilization unit.</p> |
