PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently read and reproduce a transport stream. SOLUTION: A TP-extra-Header of 4 bytes is added to a transport packet of 188 bytes and a source packet is generated, and 32 pieces of the source packet of 192 bytes are collected, and an aligned unit equivalent to data information amounts (6,144 bytes) of 3 sectors portions is generated, and recorded in a data recording medium in the aligned unit and reproduced.
