发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR WASTE-HEAT RECOVERY
摘要 The invention relates to methods for heat recovery and constructions of heaters (recuperators) with fixed tube channels (pipe-in-pipe) for heat carrier and cooler that use heat of smoke gases. The method and the device (recuperator) can be used in heating and thermal furnaces of metallurgy and machine-building and in other fields of industry. In the method for waste-heat recovery due to supply and takeoff of cooling gas normally to flow of smoke gases and change of direction of flow of cooler by 90° or 180° there is provided intensification of heat transfer from heat-transfer surface to working cooled medium and due to that higher production of heat from smoke gases is achieved with following use for increase of characteristics of technological process. In the device for waste-heat recovery as result of placement inside the main cylindrical body of shaped case arranged concentrically with placed in it bundle of heat exchange elements of “pipe-in-pipe” type and placement of circular collector outside there is provided intensification of heat transfer from heat transfer surface to working cooled medium, and due to that efficiency of waste-heat recovery is increased, with increase of reliability and service life of the recuperator.
