PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and low-cost power supply circuit without changing circuit performance, even when a capacitor for output with a low breakdown voltage is used. SOLUTION: A capacitor C2 for output is connected between the voltage output terminal VOUT of a charge pump booster 10 and the output side of a DC power supply VCC. Thus the charge pump booster can output a boost voltage relative to the voltage level of the DC power supply VCC. As a result, it is possible to use a capacitor for output having a breakdown voltage corresponding to a differential voltage obtained by subtracting the voltage component of the DC power supply VCC from an output voltage boosted at the charge pump booster 10.
