<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly extract dangerous driving data. <P>SOLUTION: This decision device calculates a variation amount per prescribed time of speed by use of speed data of a vehicle, and extracts a part wherein the calculated variation amount of the speed data becomes a threshold value or above. The decision device decides whether or not to adopt the part based on pulsation data corresponding to the extracted part of pulsation data of a user using the vehicle measured in synchronization with the speed data. For example, the decision device calculates a variation amount of a pulse rate and/or a variation amount of a pulse period per the prescribed time by use of the pulsation data corresponding to the extracted part. The decision device decides that the adoption is performed when the calculated variation amount is a threshold value or above, and decides that the adoption is not performed when the calculated variation amount is the threshold value or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
