PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot cover producible without incurring cost rise, and also hardly be taken off while walking. SOLUTION: The foot cover is knitted with knitting yarns or both of knitting yarns and elastic yarns, is formed into a shallow ship-like shape including a toe part, a sole part and a heel part, and is provided with an insertion opening part at a portion corresponding to the ankle and the instep of a wearer. The heel part (13) is formed into a three-dimensional shape identical to the three-dimensional shape of the toe part (21) of a knitted sock. The heel part comprises a sock toe part, the sole part (12) comprises a sock bottom part (23), an insertion opening part (14) is opened at a sock instep part (22), a stretchable and elastic edge part (14A) is formed at the periphery of the insertion opening part, the toe part (11) is formed by cutting and sewing or sewing and cutting a sock heel part (24), the sock instep part (22) and/or a sock leg part (25).
