PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a pipe lining bag for increasing the coupling degree of the coating solution in a coating process is provided to increase productivity by continuously performing the expansion process of a sewing unit through an extension jig. CONSTITUTION: A first sheet-type nonwoven fabric attaches a film in the upper part. A second sheet-type nonwoven fabric(11b) piles up the film in the lower part. One side of the nonwoven fabric is piled up. An expansion jig(330) is inserted inside the pipe lining bag. A first sewing part and a second sewing part are faced with each other.
