<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find polyaniline structure excellent in recuperative power of active oxygen generating ability and provide a surface treatment agent composition forming a film that exhibits an excellent deodorizing effect over a long period of time, and to provide a heat exchanger provided with such a film. <P>SOLUTION: The surface treatment agent composition contains an oxidized polyaniline, water, and an acid group-containing polymer as a dopant.
