The method involves constituting a set of groups of a preset number of wireless communication devices among an assembly of wireless communication devices, and determining a differential angle which is the difference between estimations of absolute angles obtained for two devices of the group. A reference group is selected among the groups according to a criterion which is the difference between a sum of differential angle determined for each of the devices and a reference value. A relative position of the device of the network is determined based on the selected reference group. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program product comprising program code instructions for implementation of a position determining method (2) a storage medium comprising instructions for implementation of a position determining method (3) a device for determining positions of devices in a wireless communication network.
