PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy of a displacement amount of a movable core 25 of an LVDT 21, and to reduce the mounting area and the cost of a circuit for detecting the displacement amount of the movable core 25 to the utmost.SOLUTION: First and second AC voltage signals VA, VB output by the LVDT 21 are converted into first and second DC voltage signals VADC, VBDC corresponding to effective values, respectively; the first and second DC voltage signals VADC, VBDC are converted into first and second digital signals VAdg, VBdg, respectively; an arithmetic processing part 41a calculates the displacement amount of the movable core 25, on the basis of the first and second digital signals VAdg, VBdg; and an anomaly determining section 41b determines the existence of the anomaly of the LVDT 21, on the basis of the first and second digital signals VAdg, VBdg. |
