FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device relates to equipment used in repair of tracks for handing and straightening of rails, in particular, in making aluminothermic welding of rails. Proposed device comprises support post and rail gripper pivoted to the post. Said post represents a trapezoidal dual frame with toothed profile made along post inner sides to be mounted on track sleepers. Vertical adjustment screw with handle passes through top end of said sleeper articulated with two pins of aforesaid gripper. Rail gripper pins have ledges to engage with rail horizontal adjustment screws to be fitted into the frame toothed relief at required height depending upon the type of rails manipulated by proposed device. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of straightening, reliability, mobility and ease of control. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
