FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to clamp for supporting and locking metallurgical vessel. Proposed device comprises support ring that surrounds the metallurgical vessel with a clearance. Said ring accommodates cantilever supports secured to metal vessel. Said metallurgical vessel is plug-jointed to support ring with the help of clamps 6 driven by cylinders 14. Note here that each said clamp interacts with lock cantilever support 7 secured onto metallurgical vessel. Clamp 6 can move from lock cantilever support open into closed position and visa versa. Said clamp comprises case 8, coupling anchor 9, rotary lever 12 and hydraulic cylinder 14 interacting with rotary level. Note here that coupling anchor 9 is fitted in guide 10 in case 8 to turn therein and articulated with rotary lever 12.
