PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silent chain transmission device reducing occupation space by reducing width of a chain, reducing wear, vibration and noise, facilitating assembly by reducing the number of components, and improving properties for following up speed change by being lightened in weight.SOLUTION: In the silent chain transmission device transmitting rotation by meshing of a chain 120 composed of rows of link plates 132, 142 provided with plate teeth 134, 144 and alternately connected in articulating relationship by connecting pins 121, and a sprocket 110 provided with sprocket teeth 111 on an outer circumference surface, the plate teeth 134 is provided on the link plate 132 positioned at a width direction outermost row of the chain 120, and the sprocket 110 includes a flange 112 that guides the chain 120 at both outside of the sprocket teeth 134. |
