<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer using ozone which hardly releases ozone to outside. <P>SOLUTION: The sterilizer (100) is equipped with a sterilizing chamber (34) equipped with an opening and closing door and an ultraviolet lamp (40), and an ozone processing chamber (38) equipped with an ozone decomposing catalyzer (36). An openable and closable suction port (52) and a blowing-out port (54) are arranged in a border wall (50) between the sterilizing chamber and the ozone processing chamber. The suction port and the blowing-out port are opened by a controller (62), and a circulation fan (56) arranged in the ozone processing chamber is rotated, and air containing ozone is circulated (66) between the sterilizing chamber and the ozone processing chamber for a predetermined time, when the sterilizing process is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
