PURPOSE: A shaking machine for exercise is provided to keep the balance of a body and realize full body stretching while smoothly and properly arranging joints of a user who lies or stand on a shaking plate. CONSTITUTION: A shaking machine for exercise includes a housing(10), a shaft unit, a rotating body, the first worm, the second worm wheel, and the second worm. The inside of the housing is empty. A penetration hole penetrates the housing. A shaft guide(12) with a hollow vertically penetrates the penetration hole. The shaft unit penetrates the shaft guide mounted in the penetration hole. The shaft unit includes an erecting shaft and a connecting shaft(26). The first worm is engaged with the first worm wheel and driven by a driving motor(37). The second worm wheel vertically elevates an erecting shaft. The second worm is engaged with the second worm wheel and is driven by a forward rotating driving motor.
