PURPOSE: A damper pulley is provided to simplify a channel forming process by pressurizing a press mold projected into a ring shape to a metal sheet and forming a channel part. CONSTITUTION: A hub(31) is combined with a crank shaft. The hub revolves with the crank shaft. A vibration ring(32) is formed by using a metal sheet. The vibration ring revolves with the rotation of the hub. A rubber(33) is arranged between the hub and the vibration ring.
