A structure and method for linking a steel beam and a column of a building are provided to increase use of each floor of the building in a spatial aspect. A structure for linking a steel beam and a column of a building comprises an end steel reinforcement(40) installed on the column(20) of the building and connected with the steel beam(10) of the building, and a concrete part(50) enclosing the end steel reinforcement. Reinforced bars(33, 52) are arranged in the concrete part. The concrete part is provided with a steel plate(60) on an outer surface thereof. Another structure for linking a steel beam and a column of a building comprises an end steel reinforcement(40) installed on the column of the building and connected with the steel beam of the building, and an auxiliary steel reinforcement(80) installed on a lower surface of the end steel reinforcement from the column to a section in which reinforcement of bending moment is required.
