PURPOSE: An optical film structure and a display device thereof are provided to improve picture quality by making traces formed during an etching process invisible through an optical phase relation. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer structure(20) sequentially includes a first refraction matching layer(21), a second refraction matching layer(22), and a third layer(23) according to the distance from a substrate(10). The first refraction matching layer is arranged on the substrate and is made of an oxide material having a refraction rate less than that of the substrate. The second refraction matching layer is arranged on the first refraction matching layer and is made of a compound having the refraction rate greater than that of the first refraction matching layer. The thickness of the second refraction matching layer is greater than that of the first refraction matching layer. The refraction rate of the substrate is between that of the first refraction matching layer and that of the second refraction matching layer. The third layer is arranged on the second refraction matching layer and is made of an oxide material having the refraction rate greater than that of the second refraction matching layer.
