GRAPHITE SHEET AND HEAT TRANSFER STRUCTURE USING SAME

<p>Disclosed is a graphite sheet having improved heat radiation performance and which prevents the leakage of the heat radiation member when a liquid heat-radiation member such as grease is used. A graphite sheet is provided with a first principal surface and a second principal surface, which is the surface on the opposite side from the first principal surface, and has a large anisotropic heat-conduction rate in the direction of the principal surface. The graphite sheet is also provided with: first recesses, which are set in the first principal surface and which contain first bottom surfaces; second recesses, which are set in the second principal surface and which contain second bottom surfaces; a thin film section formed where the first and second bases overlap; and a connecting hole which passes through the thin film section and connects the first and second recesses.</p>
