PURPOSE: A real time image drawing correcting system based on a reference point geographic information change of the ground is provided to obtain numeric information by controlling upper/lower positions of a camera. CONSTITUTION: The first driving device(123) of a sub photographing unit(100) rotates the first screw axis. The second driving device(167) rotates a horizontal gear of the sub photographing unit. A camera(200) photographs geographical features. A GPS receiver(300) obtains location information of a photographing area. A transmitter(400) transmits numeric information. An input unit(600) inputs a control signal to a control unit(500). The first and second lightings(700,800) light the front of the camera on. A photographing angle control device(900) controls a photographing angle of the camera.
