PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach information showing some thinking of an article group preparator when preparing an article group collected with a plurality of articles, and allowing a browser of the article group to refer to the information. SOLUTION: A server 1 provides article information to a client 5 as follows. A link collection management part 15 selects at least one piece of article data from a result obtained by searching an article database 2 by a retrieval engine 11, and generates an article link collection including link information to the selected article data. A body of the article included in the article link collection is made to be displayed. A marking processing part 17 receives selection of a marker character string from the article body. Information of the article link collection and marker information are stored in a user database 3. The link collection management part 15 associates a title of the article included in the article link collection and the marker character string selected from the article, and makes them be displayed.
