PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor chamber having a support structure inside, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the vapor chamber includes a step of cutting an elongated, flat and hollow metal tube to form a plurality of casings 11 having a cavity inside, a step of forming a capillary structure layer on an inner surface of the casing, a step of vertically installing a plurality of support elements 14 in the cavity while separating them from one another and separately fix-connecting both ends of the supporting elements to a lower plate 15 and an upper plate 16 of the casing, a step of sealing the cavity and injecting a working liquid into the cavity from a liquid-injection hole previously formed, and a step of vacuuming inside the cavity and then sealing the liquid-injection hole. This vapor chamber is manufactured in this manufacturing method. |
