<p>A process for manufacturing duct modules for air distribution and/or diffusion systems comprises steps of: predisposing a metal sheet (2) having a substantially flat development; creating constraining means (11) at least at a respective longitudinal edge (4) of the metal sheet (2), opposite longitudinal edges (4) of the metal sheet (2) being destined to be coupled in use conditions of the module, the constraining means (11) in particular comprising at least a reference portion (5) destined to enable correct reciprocal positioning of the opposite longitudinal edges (4) during a constraining step thereof, and bending the metal sheet (2) in order to near the longitudinal edges (4) to one another, defining a substantially tubular shape of the metal sheet (2); on completion of step of bending the metal sheet (2), the sheet (2) being conformed, in transversal section, substantially as a spiral, with respective longitudinal edges (4) thereof arranged at different distances from a longitudinal development (X) of the bent sheet (2).</p> |
