PURPOSE: A saw blade for orthopedics and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by manufacturing saws with various thicknesses using one kind of materials. CONSTITUTION: A body(110) comprises an embossing unit(111) comprised of a first protrusion(111a) and a second protrusion(111b). The thickness of the body is controlled by controlling the protrusion of the first and second protrusions. A fixing hub is formed on one side of the body. A cut material outlet(113) is formed on one side of the body to discharge remaining cut materials. A sawtooth(120) is comprised of first sawteeth(121) and second sawteeth(122).
