PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion of mud without decreasing driving force. SOLUTION: A bias tire 10 is composed in such manner that mud adhesion preventing sheet materials 22 provided with a form rubber layer including independent bubbles having low hardness (ASKAR-C hardness of 30 degrees) and having at least the thickness of 1 mm or more, is attached to groove parts 20 between lugs 18 in the surface of a treated 16. When the bias tire 10 is attached an agricultural vehicle used in an ill-drained paddy fields and the like. it is possible to certainly prevent adhesion of mud by elastic deformation of the adhesion preventing sheet materials 22 (the form rubber layer) and prevent large depression of driving force of the bias tire 10 since mud is peeled out from the groove parts 20.
