PURPOSE: A clothes handling device is provided to reduce the noise and vibration from the electric equipment in a machine room. CONSTITUTION: A clothes handling device comprises a cabinet(100), a machine room(120) and a blocking unit. The cabinet forms a frame and comprises a space(110) for holding clothes. The machine room is separably installed on the lower part of the cabinet and comprises electric equipment for handling clothes. The blocking unit blocks the noise and vibration from the machine room or the electric equipment from becoming transferred to the outside of the space or the cabinet.
